3. Custom Orders

Customized products are created according to customer specifications.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization details.
Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled.
Minor variations may occur due to the 3D printing process.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Payments must be completed at checkout before order processing begins.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

Incorrect pricing is displayed
Fraudulent or suspicious transaction is detected
Product is unavailable

Orders for customized products cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances. Kanvika Enterprise is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Customized products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon delivery.
